Meh, it's okay.
Yeah, it's alright, I suppose. It does the job, but the website doesn't seem to function properly in Firefox for OSX. The design of the user interface seems outdated, and it's a hassle to add things because it requires so many clicks. What frustrates me the most is that the autofill feature on Firefox for OSX doesn't work properly on a lot of websites, or sometimes it just stops working altogether. It's really annoying, and I can't seem to find a solution for it.

I really don't recommend investing with this company. I've been trying to get into my account for over a week now and I haven't had any luck at all. It's so frustrating not being able to log in, especially with tax season coming up. I've tried contacting them multiple times by phone and email, but no one has gotten back to me. It's just not professional at all and it really makes me wonder about this company's financial stability.

Hardwood flooring purchase
I was really bummed with the hardwood flooring I got from that store. It was super low quality, got messed up easily, and definitely wasn't worth the money. Installing it was a pain too, since the pieces didn't fit right and needed a ton of extra effort to make them work. I wouldn't suggest getting hardwood flooring from there, based on what I went through.

I purchased an online course recently and wanted to ask some questions during the live sessions, but the presenter was being really rude. It was not cool. When I reached out to customer support for help, they just gave me a generic response. I think they should be more professional, especially since their courses are more expensive compared to other places. It's frustrating when you're paying a premium for a service and don't receive good customer care.

I tried to purchase something on a subscription, but it kept getting canceled. When I reached out to customer service, they were super rude and tried to pin the issue on me. It's a bummer because their products are really good, but their customer service is just awful.

ARB summit bumper purchase
I just bought an ARB summit bumper for my truck from this shop, and man, let me tell ya, it was a total disaster. The bumper arrived all messed up, with some major damage that they definitely tried to hide before sending it out. I tried getting in touch with them about it, but no one answered my emails or calls. I wasted so much time on hold just to get ghosted. It's so annoying to spend your money on something, only to have it show up in such crappy shape.

Unauthorized charge
I am so mad right now about what's going on with this company. I don't even know who they are, and I definitely didn't sign up with them, but somehow they snuck in and took money from my account without asking me. And get this: they're using PayPal, a platform I never even messed with. How in the world did they pull that off? And on top of it all, I can't even visit their site to try and fix things because I don't have an account. This whole situation has me feeling beyond annoyed and ticked off.

I ordered 2 pairs of the Kittyhawk flash sunglasses. WhenI received them I felt they seemed cheaply made and differed from the pictured glasses on the website. The flash lens are reflected as expected. The arms are not hinged which would have made them more comfortable. Website photos show brand name on lenses, what I received does not. The glasses look and feel like really cheap knockoffs. I did contact Nectar about my concerns. regardless of the fact that these do not match the photos as having the brand on the lenses, they did not offer free return shipping.

outdoor curtains 8 pair
The outdoor curtains are JUNK! I just hung 3 pair of these and within three days the grommets are all pulling out. I have not even hung the others.

THESE COME FROM CHINA! don't let the US address fool you!I think this is a scam company.
So I received my rock and roll scarf, but there was a flaw on it. I emailed them, sent picture of flaw and they said to mail it back and I would receive a new one. I mailed it out. The day after I emailed them again for a tracking number, this woman told me to keep the original scarf and they would send another one. She was very apologetic for the damaged scarf. I told this woman that scarf was enroute to their return site and I requested that return fee be crudités today my credit card, it was soon after. If I had waited a few days to mail back original scarf, I would have had 2 for the price of one. Flaw was small enough to hide, but I paid a high price for it and that is why I emailed them for a new one. I do love my scarf , even thou they do take a while to get, they are coming from out of USA.
