Mobile app connectivity issue
I've been having so many problems with the mobile app on my Samsung S22. It keeps disconnecting, and I've seen a lot of other people talking about the same thing on Reddit with different Samsung phones. The issue even happened when I was using my old Samsung S8 with the app. I tried asking for help using the company's automated FAQ assistance, but I didn't get any answers or tips to solve the constant disconnections.
