The Tot is a complete mess. I ordered from them months ago and still haven't gotten anything. Their customer service is terrible - no one is even bothering to reply to my messages. MARK liquid lip lacquer (passion it)
I used to really like the MARK liquid lip lacquer in the shade "passion it", but lately, it hasn't been the same. When I first tried it, it had a nice matte texture, a gorgeous dark color, and it stayed on well for a while. However, as I kept using it, I noticed that it started to get shiny and turned more towards red instead of the original deep maroon. It's like the quality of the lipstick just went downhill over time, which is really disappointing. It's always a bummer when a product you love loses its charm because the quality isn't the same anymore.

Replacement cartridge purchase
I just bought a new ink cartridge online, but ran into some problems at first. Even though my computer said the ink was full, it only printed blank pages. So I got in touch with customer service, and they were really good about getting all the details they needed and quickly sent me two replacement cartridges. The one I have in now is working fine, but my printer is making a weird noise.

I was super happy with my order from Sabina! It arrived in just 8 days all the way to Poland. Everything I ordered was included, and they even added in some extra goodies! The only downside was that the box was closed with a flimsy sticker that fell off during shipping, but thankfully nothing was lost. Sabina, could you consider using plastic mailing bags for the next order?
