    Worst customer service ever

    I have a similar experience as others on this site. Ordered my Spark at the end of January, received it at the end of June. It worked for one week and then broke.

    Contacted support who said they would send out replacement in 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass and nothing. I contact support again and finally after 6 weeks get an RMA return shipping slip and a tracking number for the replacement. The broken amp was picked up, but no replacement in sight.

    Tried to track the replacement and it only shipped 8 days after the tracking number was created. Only to find it is not shipping to me at all, but some place else in CA. I've contacted support numerous times and they rarely respond. I even asked for a refund and that ticket was closed and rolled into my original ticket.

    I'm at the point where I feel I need to call my credit card company and also report PG to the California Dept of Consumer Affairs. I'd be happy with refund at this point. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company.

    orderered on feb8th no confirmation received on feb10th coupon for my first purchase with them.wanting the product i ordered on feb 16th got immediate confirmation. Good i will get one.no i whas charged for 2 and sent request for refund for 1 that wasnt confirmed and no response after a week .not a pleasant expérience and will spend the time trying to reach out to them to relate my expérience instead

    Don't order this!!! They lie you won't receive the amp.waited 3 months they would say 0 next mo then next mo . You won't receive your order there lying about delivery. Not sure what there doing or how they are in business!!!! The stars that they have you secrecy won't let you hit the Lowest star. I selected would not let me hit the one poor star they have it rigged so it hits two stars not one

    I paid for and ordered the Spark on December 1, 2019. I wrote to Joseph in Positive Grid asking when the Spark would be delivered on May 12, 2020 and was told by Joseph that it had shipped, The Positive Grid Track Your Order stated the Spark was shipped on May 13, 2020 by Fedex. On May 20 Positive Grid Positive Grid created a shipping label and Fedex posted it estimated delivery on May 26. On May 27 Fedex changed the estimated delivery to Pending and would be estimated shipping date would be updated when the shipment was received from the shipper, I asked Joseph for a refund and was told that he regretted to inform me that since the Spark was shipped and in Fedex possession could not be refunded since Fedex had controll of the shipment on June 3, 2020. I called Fedex and was told the shipper had not given the shipment to Fedex. What Can be done with a company that takes your money in good faith and lies about shipping and wont refund money?

    EXACTLY the same experience here - received email stating Spark had shipped, and included FedEx tracking number. Except a week later, FedEx still doesn’t have it and the canned response from “Joseph” was worthless when I emailed asking about it. This company might have a decent product, but has COMPLETELY failed in customer relations and the whole brand experience.

    Same experience, same timeline. Ordered Dec, 2019. Just received notification the a, "Shipping Label" was created but nothing has been sent so FexEx only shows that a label was made. Has anyone received on of these Spark Amps yet? I know that they were claiming that parts supply was disrupted but that hasn't slowed down the non-stop Advertising on You-Tube! I had a feeling that the price and features seemed to good to be true. Class Action Lawsuit is definitely needed.

    Ordered Jan 11th 2020, actually received noticed of delivery for June 10th but instead of receiving amp that day FedEx changed message to “Estimated delivery pending” and “Label created, shipping information sent to FedEx” 16 days later no change.

    This company is greedy, bias, rude and bullies anyone who criticizes them about it online..

    They use abusive cash grab schemes, provide little to no service in return for overpriced products already made in china that they slap their logo on,

    There should be class action lawsuits against them including a investigation to multiple social media accounts to spread propaganda marketing hype..Apple reported having to refund a number if users based on PG false advertising, they forced users to pay more and more even after they purchase an all in one elite package and users cant even migrate their presets, if they want this they have to do it one by one to POSITIVE GREEDS tone cloud and their user agreement states that its their property from there on., so they even own the rights to users custom presets.

    Placed the order and PAID on March 2nd. To date I have sent multiple requests for delivery updates and basically get marketing propaganda and canned info about product stuck in customs. This is all BS, there is product moving into the US from China EVERY DAY. I have received multiple products from China in far less time than it has taken to see this product. The web site is awful, I have files a complaint and escalated a refund through PayPal. Sadly, this looks like a great product but I don't think they can deliver. There is either a production problem or they have other internal issues. Buy Something Else, they cannot deliver product !!!

    Not very happy with this service. Has been over 2 months..As someone else said I have never been charged before a.product has been shipped. Makes you wonder....hmmm!!!

    When I 1st ordered a Spark Amp I hoped to receive in time for my Wife's birthday on Feb 24th. I was told that Positive Grid had received more many orders than they expected but that they were pulling out all the stops to fill these orders in a timely manner.
    I explained my hope of being able to give this gift to my wife on an appropriate occasion if they could would they would in some way be able to expedite my purchase. I only received back a message indicating that my order would be shipped sometime between late Mar - Apr.

    Trying to be understanding of whatever problems they might be having I asked them to please not ship it later than the end of April, as that would a least allow me to give it to my wife for Mother's Day.

    But on Mar 10th, not hearing back from anybody that they would see what they could do, I received another notice that they would be shipping my order sometime in May. Great customer service?

    So my order has been first delayed from a Feb delivery to a Mar-Apr delivery, and now it's been delayed until sometime in May.
    I could live with this long delivery time if I received the product in time for Mother's Day (May 10th) but I'm now concerned that I'm going to get another notice indicating it won't be delivered before June as they continue to delay filling my order. Perhaps I should have waited until that happened. They do seem to have a good reputation as a company but I've never experienced anything like this.

    I should note that they didn't hesitate to debit my account on Feb 19th for the full amount of the purchase. I found that to be of concern. On top of not being able to deliver their product on a more reasonable time table they sure didn't have any problem getting their money. Shouldn't they have waited until they were closer to shipping the product?

    At this point I think they should not have advertised this product until they had made arrangements to fill orders? I can understand a couple of weeks or even a month delay due to an unexpected # of orders but this is getting a little over the top? It's hard to imagine that they received so many unexpected orders that they couldn't arrange to ramp up their production enough to make this product available in a little more timely fashion.
