Spark Mini amplifier purchase
The Spark Mini amp is a total game-changer in the music tech world. The sound quality is incredible and I've never felt more motivated to jam out on my instrument. It's super easy to use and the range of customization options really makes it stand out from the competition. I can't get enough of tweaking tones and effects, it's brought my love for music back to life. And the best part? It's priced so reasonably. This amp has totally blown me away and I'd definitely suggest it to any musician wanting to up their game.
Riff, Spark, BIAS FX, and BIAS AMP
Man, I gotta say, these products are the real deal! I am seriously blown away by the modeling tools you get with Riff, Spark, BIAS FX, and BIAS AMP. Being a guitarist, having all these amazing features and sounds at my fingertips has totally changed the game for me. The creativity options are endless with these tools, giving me the freedom to explore and make music in ways I never thought possible. I definitely think any musician looking to up their sound should check out these products.
Home studio guitar setup
Man, I watched a ton of reviews on YouTube before I bought this thing, and let me tell you, it totally lived up to the hype! The sound options are amazing, especially once I got the hang of setting everything up. And let me tell you, when I downloaded other people's setups, it really took things to a whole new level.
Guitar amp
At first, I hit a snag with the shipping of my guitar amp. But Ysel from customer service really saved the day and handled the problem quickly. Even though there was a little hiccup, I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase. This amp sounds amazing and has totally brought my practice sessions back to life. I'm now excited to play more than ever because the sound is so incredible! The amp went above and beyond what I expected in terms of tone and features. I couldn't be happier with the product.
Portable, versatile practice amp
The amp is so versatile and dang does it pack a punch for its size. The app is a breeze to use and opens up a whole bunch of options. It's great for jamming at home or bringing it with you on the road. I don't really play gigs, but I think it could totally handle smaller venue performances.

The products seem to work well but their customer support is practically non-existent and is well known as such. My Spark Control never came with a cable to charge and I have had no luck getting such a simple thing resolved with their customer service. Returns within 30 days require all original packaging including even original shipping material/outer-box. I also am not confident a return would go through with them successfully.

Amp broken in two weeks just loud hum and static no input from guitar.. and the response time was very slow. But they gave me a shipping label to return item for repair which they didn't they just sent me a different amp.. two weeks later it breaks again with same issue so again so I sent it out. And again slow response time company is ridiculous.
Amp, bag, headphones.
Placed order , got confirmation email stating delivery would be april 2, follow up email stating shipment delayed at customs and should be delivered around April 07, 2021. Received amp, bag and headphones on April 11, 2021.
My personal dealing with this purchase proved professional and straight forward. I have no complaints with the purchase or receiving aspect of the deal. Cannot attest to the quality of product but it looks to be as advertised. Time will tell. As of now , I am completely satisfied with transaction.Amp bag stap and head phones
Amp fine delivery shit orderd jan got amp in mid march followed by strap then bag 1week later and the headphones.... Still not had shiping confermation or naff allas of7th april total shit when one buys headhone one expects to get some headphones shit shit and even more shit
Positive Grid Spark 40
Ordered Dec 15, received Dec 21. Carrying case was included. Grounded power supply, no hum issues as have been reported by others. Don't know about their customer service but technical support using their chat function has been excellent. Great little amp. Having a lot of fun with it.
Order placed jan2021 order arived in drips and drabs in march orderd amp bag strap and head phones.... Still no headphones april 7th 2021 a tad shabby to say the least I mean we know corvid can cause delays but this is total shit

I ordered the Spark for my son for Christmas and accidentally put the wrong house number on the shipping form. I checked the status of my order and it showed that it had not shipped so I contacted Positive Grid immediately. It took 2 days for someone to get back to me and when they did they told me that the address was corrected and sent me what I believed to be a copy. Turns out they lied. My order had already shipped and delivered to the wrong address. I paid for the signature at delivery and the person who signed for it didn’t even spell the name right. Now I am out the money and someone else got my son’s Christmas gift!
Wow! I thought mine was bad... I’m so sorry! Mine isn’t arriving until after Christmas, these people suck
Spark Amp
This is a CAVEAT for all re: the Spark amp. PG's handling of my direct purchase has been ATROCIOUS! #1 - it arrived and on first plug in had such a horrible noise (ungrounded sound) that would not go away. Amp is compact enough but the settings are not that great and changing from one to another requires a complete reset of all levels. Requested an RA immediately for return and it was like pulling teeth. Finally (3 weeks later after multiple promises by multiple "customer service reps") got one and have now am getting no replies or response on WHEN they will refund my money (also promised weeks ago). A NIGHTMARE.

Worst customer service ever
I have a similar experience as others on this site. Ordered my Spark at the end of January, received it at the end of June. It worked for one week and then broke.
Contacted support who said they would send out replacement in 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass and nothing. I contact support again and finally after 6 weeks get an RMA return shipping slip and a tracking number for the replacement. The broken amp was picked up, but no replacement in sight.
Tried to track the replacement and it only shipped 8 days after the tracking number was created. Only to find it is not shipping to me at all, but some place else in CA. I've contacted support numerous times and they rarely respond. I even asked for a refund and that ticket was closed and rolled into my original ticket.
I'm at the point where I feel I need to call my credit card company and also report PG to the California Dept of Consumer Affairs. I'd be happy with refund at this point. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company.spark amp and headphones
orderered on feb8th no confirmation received on feb10th coupon for my first purchase with them.wanting the product i ordered on feb 16th got immediate confirmation. Good i will get one.no i whas charged for 2 and sent request for refund for 1 that wasnt confirmed and no response after a week .not a pleasant expérience and will spend the time trying to reach out to them to relate my expérience instead

Don't order this!!! They lie you won't receive the amp.waited 3 months they would say 0 next mo then next mo . You won't receive your order there lying about delivery. Not sure what there doing or how they are in business!!!! The stars that they have you secrecy won't let you hit the Lowest star. I selected would not let me hit the one poor star they have it rigged so it hits two stars not one

I paid for and ordered the Spark on December 1, 2019. I wrote to Joseph in Positive Grid asking when the Spark would be delivered on May 12, 2020 and was told by Joseph that it had shipped, The Positive Grid Track Your Order stated the Spark was shipped on May 13, 2020 by Fedex. On May 20 Positive Grid Positive Grid created a shipping label and Fedex posted it estimated delivery on May 26. On May 27 Fedex changed the estimated delivery to Pending and would be estimated shipping date would be updated when the shipment was received from the shipper, I asked Joseph for a refund and was told that he regretted to inform me that since the Spark was shipped and in Fedex possession could not be refunded since Fedex had controll of the shipment on June 3, 2020. I called Fedex and was told the shipper had not given the shipment to Fedex. What Can be done with a company that takes your money in good faith and lies about shipping and wont refund money?
EXACTLY the same experience here - received email stating Spark had shipped, and included FedEx tracking number. Except a week later, FedEx still doesn’t have it and the canned response from “Joseph” was worthless when I emailed asking about it. This company might have a decent product, but has COMPLETELY failed in customer relations and the whole brand experience.
Same experience, same timeline. Ordered Dec, 2019. Just received notification the a, "Shipping Label" was created but nothing has been sent so FexEx only shows that a label was made. Has anyone received on of these Spark Amps yet? I know that they were claiming that parts supply was disrupted but that hasn't slowed down the non-stop Advertising on You-Tube! I had a feeling that the price and features seemed to good to be true. Class Action Lawsuit is definitely needed.
Ordered Jan 11th 2020, actually received noticed of delivery for June 10th but instead of receiving amp that day FedEx changed message to “Estimated delivery pending” and “Label created, shipping information sent to FedEx” 16 days later no change.

This company is greedy, bias, rude and bullies anyone who criticizes them about it online..
They use abusive cash grab schemes, provide little to no service in return for overpriced products already made in china that they slap their logo on,
There should be class action lawsuits against them including a investigation to multiple social media accounts to spread propaganda marketing hype..Apple reported having to refund a number if users based on PG false advertising, they forced users to pay more and more even after they purchase an all in one elite package and users cant even migrate their presets, if they want this they have to do it one by one to POSITIVE GREEDS tone cloud and their user agreement states that its their property from there on., so they even own the rights to users custom presets.Positive Grid Spark
Placed the order and PAID on March 2nd. To date I have sent multiple requests for delivery updates and basically get marketing propaganda and canned info about product stuck in customs. This is all BS, there is product moving into the US from China EVERY DAY. I have received multiple products from China in far less time than it has taken to see this product. The web site is awful, I have files a complaint and escalated a refund through PayPal. Sadly, this looks like a great product but I don't think they can deliver. There is either a production problem or they have other internal issues. Buy Something Else, they cannot deliver product !!!

When I 1st ordered a Spark Amp I hoped to receive in time for my Wife's birthday on Feb 24th. I was told that Positive Grid had received more many orders than they expected but that they were pulling out all the stops to fill these orders in a timely manner.
I explained my hope of being able to give this gift to my wife on an appropriate occasion if they could would they would in some way be able to expedite my purchase. I only received back a message indicating that my order would be shipped sometime between late Mar - Apr.
Trying to be understanding of whatever problems they might be having I asked them to please not ship it later than the end of April, as that would a least allow me to give it to my wife for Mother's Day.
But on Mar 10th, not hearing back from anybody that they would see what they could do, I received another notice that they would be shipping my order sometime in May. Great customer service?
So my order has been first delayed from a Feb delivery to a Mar-Apr delivery, and now it's been delayed until sometime in May.
I could live with this long delivery time if I received the product in time for Mother's Day (May 10th) but I'm now concerned that I'm going to get another notice indicating it won't be delivered before June as they continue to delay filling my order. Perhaps I should have waited until that happened. They do seem to have a good reputation as a company but I've never experienced anything like this.
I should note that they didn't hesitate to debit my account on Feb 19th for the full amount of the purchase. I found that to be of concern. On top of not being able to deliver their product on a more reasonable time table they sure didn't have any problem getting their money. Shouldn't they have waited until they were closer to shipping the product?
At this point I think they should not have advertised this product until they had made arrangements to fill orders? I can understand a couple of weeks or even a month delay due to an unexpected # of orders but this is getting a little over the top? It's hard to imagine that they received so many unexpected orders that they couldn't arrange to ramp up their production enough to make this product available in a little more timely fashion.
