Quick price changes
I had this really annoying thing happen to me recently when I was shopping online. The prices of the stuff in my cart just kept going up and down while I was trying to pay. It was so aggravating to see the prices jumping around like that with no reason why. It made me feel like I was being tricked or something. It really soured my opinion of the company and I hope they fix it soon, because it definitely doesn't make me want to shop there again.

Bias FX 2 purchase
I wouldn't recommend buying this product or anything from this company. Bias FX 2 is not great even when it's working, and when it stops working (which is likely after an update), you'll lose all your work. The customer service is basically non-existent too. It's definitely not worth your time or money. In my opinion, Neural is much better.

Amazing grey coverage, consistent and long-lasting color
I started using eSalon and I am so impressed! Their grey coverage is amazing and my hair looks so shiny after coloring. The color always looks fresh when they send it to me. Plus, they include a kit with everything I need like stain guard, color remover, gloves, and even shampoo/conditioner. They even give me a sticker to tape up the instructions - so easy! If only they could send a stylist to my house, I'd be living my best life!

Ultra stretchy and soft pants
Man, these pants are seriously the comfiest ones I've ever worn! The material is incredibly soft, and the best part is that the color and shape stay perfect even after washing them. The ultra stretch feature makes them feel like a second skin, it's just awesome!

Misleading return policy for France, Difficult return process from UK to France, Mixed feelings about products
I recently bought something from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with how the return process went. Their website says they offer "free returns and refunds for France," but then I discovered on a different page that this wasn't true. It was frustrating to see such inconsistency in the information they provided, and it made returning my item more of a hassle than it should've been. I wanted to send back the Dot shirt in XL that I got for £51.60. The shirt looked really nice, with a lovely café au lait color, but the fabric was rough and see-through, so I had to wear another shirt underneath it to be comfortable.

I ordered some coils and had to wait forever for them to ship out. It took so long, and when they finally were on their way, they got seized for being fake. I was so bummed out because I was really looking forward to using them.

Nice products, no ability to blacklist shippers
I was happy with the stuff I got from this company at first because it was good quality and eco-friendly. But then I got pretty annoyed because they don't let you block certain shipping services. This became a big problem when they kept using this one shipping service that always left my packages out where they could get stolen or messed up. I think as a customer, I should have more say in how my stuff gets delivered. Because they don't give me that choice, I'm gonna have to find somewhere else to get the same kind of stuff.
