Dress and blouse
I just bought a dress and a blouse the other day and got them super quick. I was so impressed with how fast they arrived, and I'm really happy with everything! The clothes were just like they were shown on the website, and really good quality. I'd totally suggest this store to anyone wanting some cool and stylish clothes.
Expensive return shipping and price increases based on country connection
I recently ordered about $200 worth of stuff and had to return some of it. They did accept the return, which was good, but I was surprised that I had to pay for the return shipping - it was over $50! Seems kind of unfair to expect customers to pay so much for returns, especially for big orders. Also, I noticed that when you buy stuff from outside France, the prices go up even though you already paid for delivery. Like, this coat was $120, but it jumped to $199 just because I switched countries on the website. Shouldn't they just charge different delivery fees instead of raising the prices? Seems pretty shady and disappointing to me.
Jumpsuit with uneven legs
I bought a jumpsuit from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I was let down by the quality. The jumpsuit was all wonky - one leg was longer than the other! Luckily, I was able to fix it myself by hemming it. At least my order came right on time, so that was a plus. But overall, I was kind of bummed out by the whole thing because of the lackluster product quality.
Shorts and t-shirt
I picked up some cute shorts and a cool t-shirt at this store, but when I got to the register, the prices were actually higher than what they had online. It was so frustrating because I spent all that time browsing through things only to find out it was going to cost me more than I expected.
Purchased a dress online.
I recently bought a dress from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. The dress I got didn't match what was on the website and the quality wasn't what I was hoping for. On top of that, returning the item was a hassle since the return policy wasn't clear. I think they could definitely do better with being more transparent and improving their customer service.
Overpriced sleeveless denim jacket
I was so excited to get my sleeveless denim jacket that was advertised for 38 bucks. But man, I was super surprised when they charged me 68 bucks for it! I wouldn't recommend buying from this website. It's a total scam!
Black leather pants
I bought some black leather pants that looked super cool, but they ended up ripping in the crotch not just once, but twice! I tried getting another pair thinking maybe I was too rough with them, but the same thing happened again. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't suggest buying them at all, the quality is just not up to par, especially for the price. Super bummed out about it.
Misleading return policy for France, Difficult return process from UK to France, Mixed feelings about products
I recently bought something from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with how the return process went. Their website says they offer "free returns and refunds for France," but then I discovered on a different page that this wasn't true. It was frustrating to see such inconsistency in the information they provided, and it made returning my item more of a hassle than it should've been. I wanted to send back the Dot shirt in XL that I got for £51.60. The shirt looked really nice, with a lovely café au lait color, but the fabric was rough and see-through, so I had to wear another shirt underneath it to be comfortable.
discounted dress
I bought a dress on sale from this store, and I gotta say, I am super let down by what went down. The website had the dress looking absolutely gorgeous, but once it came in after 17 days (supposed to be 2-3 days), it was a whole other deal. The dress was messed up on every side, not even the color I picked, and had a price tag of 18.70€ instead of the 28€ I dropped. The original price was 45€! That's just not cool and honestly disheartening. I'm not giving them my business again.
