Two amps
I recently bought two amps from this company and to be honest, I was not very happy with the whole experience. The quality of the amp itself was fine, but their customer service was seriously lacking. When I first placed my order, they told me it would take weeks for the delivery to arrive, which was not what I wanted to hear since I needed it sooner. I tried to cancel my order, but they just told me to wait for the delivery and then return it. The whole returning process was a disaster. I had to pay a lot for shipping it back, only to have the amp sent back to me because of a mistake on the company's part. It took forever to hear back from customer service, and even after following their return instructions, I still haven't gotten my money back. I've sent them multiple messages but they haven't answered any of them. I'm out a lot of money and have nothing to show for it.
