Flight booking to Cancun
My experience with Avianca was terrible. I had booked a flight for my family and me to Cancun, but the day before we were supposed to leave, Avianca canceled our flight. They gave us a new schedule that didn't work for us, and when we asked for a refund, they said no and just gave us a useless UATP card. I've been trying to use this card for over two years, but their website is a disaster and their customer support is so rude and unhelpful. It's unbelievable that they canceled our flight, kept our money, and won't give us a refund.

This website is terrible. I ordered a knife three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. I tried reaching out to customer service for assistance, but they were useless. They wouldn't even cancel my order or refund me. I'm never using this site again.
