The website I ordered from only had DHL shipping as an option and it ended up being a huge pain. Even though the delivery was quick, DHL only tried to reach me through my landline, not my cell phone or email, to pay the taxes. They ended up surprising me by showing up at my house unannounced and tacking on an extra fee that doubled the shipping cost.

Bad experience
This company has terrible service all around! One of their sales guys straight up lied to me about their software connecting with my credit cards. When I tried to back out, he was nowhere to be found. The customer service team said they canceled my subscription and promised a refund, but I haven't seen a dime. And now they're trying to bill me again, even though I have proof that I canceled. Can you believe it?
