E-book purchase for university courses
I've been dealing with constant freezing and loading issues with the e-books I bought for school. It's been a real pain because I need these books for my studies. I've reached out about this problem several times in the last two years, but it seems like nothing's been fixed. I keep getting error messages saying the page is unresponsive when I'm trying to read, so it's been really tough to use the e-books like I need to. It's frustrating that the service hasn't gotten any better, especially since they said they were working on it.

Butter soft clothing
I just bought some super soft clothes from this company and I have to say, I was so impressed with how comfy and well made they are. Their customer service totally blew me away when I mistakenly ordered the wrong sizes. They quickly and kindly took care of the problem, making sure I got the right stuff right on time. I really appreciate how much they care about making their customers happy and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

Easy ordering, questionable quality, poor perforations, confusing stub layout
Ordering was a breeze, but man, those checks were a real letdown. The perforations were just awful, making them tear way too easily. And don't even get me started on the stub layout - it was all over the place! I'm definitely not going to purchase from them again.

My email got used to make fake leads for photographers. I kept getting tons of emails from fake inquiries, which made me have to log in and get rid of the accounts. Even though I told customer support about it, they said there was no problem. But the fake leads just kept coming. Just a heads up, be careful of this scam.

Jeff Dunham ticket purchase
I recently bought tickets for a Jeff Dunham show happening in November 2021. I first got them back in October 2019, but with all the show date changes because of Covid-19, getting updated tickets was a bit of a problem for me before the new date. Even though I tried my best to get the tickets, I couldn't get them in time for the show. So, I decided to contact customer service and ask for a refund since I couldn't go to the event without the tickets. At first, they told me they couldn't cancel or refund the order as per the terms and conditions. But, after a few more emails explaining my situation, I was happily surprised to get a full refund two weeks later. I really appreciate how the customer service team understood my issue and took care of it in the end.

Protective case purchase
The delivery really got me bummed out - it took way too long, which was a total pain. And then, to make matters worse, the product was missing those rubber grip pads on the bottom, which was a big letdown since it was so expensive. The cover itself is decent quality, but it's not worth the crazy high price, even with a discount. I would've rated it higher if it weren't for these big issues.

Various beverages for the holidays
I just bought some drinks for the holidays from Sam's Club, but when they got delivered, the orange juice, strawberry lemonade, and lemonade were missing. I reached out to customer service to fix the problem, but all they offered was a refund instead of sending the missing items again. I was really let down by this because I needed those drinks for a special event. Now I'm not sure if I want to use their delivery service again. And I'm also wondering how I can get back the tip I already gave to the delivery person.

Wow, making that video was a breeze! It was so simple and easy to follow, until I got to the part where I needed to add a title page or credits - that was a bit tricky. Editing the video was a little confusing, especially when I had to trim a few seconds here and there, that was a challenge! But hey, my sister really enjoyed the birthday message, so I'll take that as a win! And I appreciate that the video is private and not automatically shared on social media. Thanks, VidDay Media!
