Concert ticket purchase for April
I just bought tickets for a concert happening in April, and I gotta admit, I'm feeling a little uneasy after checking out some reviews. So, I clicked on a link for Ticket Master, and it took me to a totally different site that I wasn't prepared for. The biggest thing that's got me worried is that there's no customer service number listed on the website. Kinda makes me nervous, you know?

Puzzle order
I bought some puzzles from this store not too long ago and I had a really good experience. The customer service was top-notch - they contacted me right away when one of the puzzles I wanted was out of stock and let me switch it out for something else. When I got my order, I noticed that the instructions for two of the puzzles were missing. I sent an email to Customer Support and in just 15 minutes, I had the instructions in my inbox. I was really impressed by how fast they took care of my problem. I'll definitely think about ordering from this store again next time!
