Lovely bracelet
The bracelet I ordered from this company took forever to get to me, like a whole 3 weeks. But when it finally showed up, I was actually pretty happy. It looked just like it did online and was really good quality. The annoying part was that I didn't get any tracking info at first, so I had to bug customer service over email to figure out where my order was. I was starting to think it was a scam, but thankfully it wasn't. Turns out the bracelet was legit crystal, not some cheap plastic like some people thought. I'm overall pretty happy with my purchase and would think about buying from them again down the road.

SpaFinder gift card issue
I received this gift card to use at the spa, but when I tried to use it, it wouldn't work so I ended up having to pay the entire amount. Today, when I checked online, it showed that I had a balance of $0! So, I called customer service and spoke with a guy named John. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful. John mentioned that it might take 7 to 10 days to figure out what happened and couldn't even confirm if I would get my money back on the card or as a refund to the spa. He had a really condescending attitude and didn't seem to care at all about my issue. I hope I get my money back soon, but I have decided to not use this gift card again due to the horrible customer service experience.
