Trouble with online credit
I had such a frustrating time trying to use my credit online at the spa. Even though it showed up on their website, it was blocked when I tried to pay in person. I ended up having to call customer service multiple times, and each time I got transferred to a different agent. After being passed around five times, I still couldn't get it resolved. It was such a waste of my time and energy.
