Review about: ScentBox
Exchange due to not liking a scent
I really didn't like the smell of the product I received, so I wanted to exchange it, you know? But it turned into a huge mess when the USPS didn't scan my return label for over two weeks, frustrating. And then ScentBox was like, "Hey, where's our stuff?" And I was just there trying to explain that USPS was taking forever. Tracy ended up being super rude and didn't even answer my questions, so rude. The customer service experience was a major letdown. I was originally going to go with ScentBox instead of Scentbird, but now I'm having second thoughts all because of Tracy. Thanks a lot for making me doubt my decision, Tracy.
