I was kinda nervous about ordering from this website because I saw some bad reviews, but it turned out to be a great experience. The Ferm Living plant pot I ordered came really fast and was in perfect shape, all thanks to the strong packaging. They double boxed it and used lots of bubble wrap to make sure my delicate pottery stayed safe during shipping. Opening it felt like opening a present on Christmas morning, and I was so happy with what I got. All in all, it was a really good shopping experience.

I ordered a gift set for Christmas, hoping to get it by the 25th, but it's not gonna be here until the 27th! Bummer. And all those emails I got were like, "Your order is on track!" and then out of nowhere they hit me with "My bad, we can't do part of your order." Kind of frustrating dealing with a big company, you know what I mean?

Even though there are some limitations, like not being able to accept USD SWIFT payments into a EUR account, the customer support at bunq really impressed us. Their team worked hard on our issue until it was completely fixed, which is something we haven't seen much with online banks. On top of that, payments go through quickly, the web and mobile apps are easy to use and fast, and exporting data and finding specific payments is simple. Overall, bunq has been a reliable partner for our small business needing a European SEPA account.
