I've been a client of IMS Vintage Photos for a few years now and I have to say, I've been extremely satisfied with their service. Their online selection of vintage photographs is vast and diverse, covering a wide range of subjects and time periods.
The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find exactly what I'm looking for. I also appreciate the detailed information provided for each photograph, including the date it was taken and the photographer's name.

I wanted to share my experience with a vintage photo I bought from this company. It's been pretty disappointing overall. It's been over two weeks since I ordered it, and I haven't gotten any updates on when it will arrive. I reached out to ask about it, but all I got was a short response saying it's on its way. On top of that, I've been getting tons of promotional emails from them every day, which is really annoying and unprofessional. If my order doesn't show up soon, I'll have to take legal action. The one good thing is that the vintage photo itself is good quality, at least.
Paid for photos, never received them
I bought some vintage photos not too long ago, but they never actually showed up. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they never got back to me and didn't seem interested in helping. It's really annoying to hand over your cash for something and then not get it. I feel like I got ripped off and it's a bummer that things went down like this. This whole ordeal has definitely been my most frustrating online shopping experience by far.
Four photos from website
My recent experience with this company really let me down. This was the third time I've had trouble buying photos from them. I bought four photos from their website on June 19th, only to get an email on June 26th saying three of them were missing. I asked for a refund and told them how unhappy I was. What really confused me was that those missing photos were still listed as "In Stock" on the website, even after they told me they couldn't find them. Not keeping their website up to date like that could cause more customers to have the same problem.
Mysterious vintage photos
As someone who loves vintage photos, I was really drawn to the unique and classic vibe of the images from this company. Unfortunately, my time with IMS Vintage Photos was a total letdown. Not only was my order late, but the print quality was seriously lacking. I was super disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received.
My photo purchase
The pictures I got were really cool and had an old-fashioned look to them, but turns out they were just printed recently! I tried reaching out to ask about it, but no one responded to my emails or messages. They promised to give me a refund, but I never ended up getting my money back.

I recently had a really frustrating time with this shop that sells old photos. They sold me pictures they didn't even have, and when I asked for my money back, it took forever for them to do it. I had to go to PayPal to get some help. And to top it all off, they sent the packages to my email instead of my address, so they got sent back. I tried reaching out to them for help, but they never got back to me. It's just really disappointing how they didn't take any responsibility or care about their customers. It's just not right.

I bought some vintage photos from this company recently, and man, it was such a mess. I paid for two photos but only got one. I tried to ask about the missing one several times, but they never got back to me. It's been over a month, and I still haven't heard anything. This company is a total joke.
