Delayed order, poor customer service
I recently bought something online and man, the service was just terrible. It's been over a week and still no sign of my order. I've been calling customer service every day, but they ain't been much help. The first manager said they couldn't speed things up, and the second one only offered me 7 bucks back. This ain't the first time I've had trouble with their online ordering, and I'm done with their lack of care. I'm switching to better places with good service and fair refunds if things go wrong. Lesson learned: reliability matters when shopping online.

I just bought a pair of running shoes from this store, and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The delivery was just a tad late, but it was still pretty fast. I just bought something from this company, and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed with the online privacy and security they have going on. It's so nice knowing that I can decide how much info vendors get access to and easily turn off my cards if I need to. The convenience and security they offer is pretty amazing in my book.

Thought it was gonna be free shipping
I thought I was getting free shipping, but I actually got charged for it. I did have a coupon, which helped a little, but I still felt a little deceived. We usually get really good fruit from them and have even received gifts from them before.
