OVOPUR water filter
I just bought the OVOPUR water filter and man, am I impressed! It's not just a beautiful addition to my kitchen, but the water it provides is top quality. I just tried getting a subscription box from this company, and the service has been pretty disappointing. It's been more than a month, and my order hasn't even been sent out yet. I tried contacting customer service through email, but I haven't heard back at all. All in all, I'm not happy with how things have gone and wouldn't suggest anyone else buy from this company.

Cigar sampler pack
Oh my gosh, I got this amazing sampler pack from CigarPage and it was awesome! There were a bunch of different cigars in there and they all smelled amazing. I tried them with my dad and we had a great time chatting and smoking. The cigars burned really well and tasted really smooth. I felt like a real adult smoking them, haha!

Trustworthy products
The things I bought were really nice and got here in good shape. But, man, the shipping was a bit of a hassle. They said it would take 7-14 days, but it actually took 17 and 18 days for my stuff to arrive. I think the problem is with CTT Express, the delivery company they used. Maybe YesStyle should think about switching things up with their delivery partners to make customers happier.

Sim card swap leading to hack
I can't believe how incompetent this company is. They let someone switch my sim card without even checking with me first, and now my phone number was used to hack into my Coinbase account and steal $10,000. It's just not okay that Verizon would be so careless about security, putting us customers at risk like this. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with how they're not taking responsibility for this breach of privacy and security. Verizon, you really need to step up your game.

Highly Disappointed with Recent Orders
I've been really frustrated with this company lately. They cancelled my orders five times with no good reason. Plus, three times they sent my stuff back without even asking me. When I asked what was going on, they just gave me some vague excuses about delivery and invoices. It's been a huge waste of my time and I've lost money from getting the wrong refunds. Honestly, I'm super disappointed with how things have been going with them.
