Running shoes
I went to the store the other day and the guy helping me out was the best! He knew his stuff, took his time, and wasn't trying to sell me on anything I didn't want. It made shopping so much easier. And that 'Volumental' scan thing they did was pretty neat. It helped me pick out a bunch of shoes that were just right for me, both in style and price. All in all, I felt like they really looked out for me and I'd definitely tell anyone looking for running shoes to check them out.

Battery Issue Resolution
We ran into some issues with our bikes, but let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch every time. When we took my wife's bike to the store in Salt Lake City because of a battery charging problem, Liam in the service area was a lifesaver. He figured out what was wrong with the battery in no time and swapped it out quickly. Plus, he took the time to break things down for us and give us some great tips for taking care of our bikes. The whole crew at the store was super friendly and really knew their stuff, which made the whole experience a good one.

Wrong size jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this company and they totally messed up my order - sent me the wrong size and won't even bother responding to my emails about returning it. Plus, the quality of the jacket isn't that great either, which just adds to the disappointment. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend shopping with them if you care about good customer service and quality stuff.
