Unresponsive Sales Team
I had a pretty bad experience with the sales team at this company. I tried to get in touch with my usual sales guy, but turns out he doesn't cover our area anymore. They sent me to another rep, but I tried reaching out multiple times for a quote and got no response. When I went back to the first guy, he basically blew me off and told me to keep trying the other person. It was obvious that my business wasn't important to them.

Coffee machine purchase
The folks in customer service were really nice, but I've been having a ton of problems with my coffee machine. It's like clockwork - right when the warranty's almost up, that thing starts acting crazy. And there have been times they totally forgot to send out my replacement order, causing a bunch of unnecessary stress. I mean, it's just a coffee maker, not like it's a big investment. At this rate, I think I'll just go back to instant coffee.
