    FrostKnit set purchase

    I recently bought a cute outfit with a matching top and pants from this clothing brand. I really liked the idea of the FrostKnit fabric being super warm, but I was let down when it didn't actually live up to its claim. Not only did the fabric not keep me warm, but it also gave off a weird smell for hours after I opened the package. I have a bad nose, so it must have been really strong for other people. It's worrying that the company would use fabrics that are so toxic they let off fumes, putting customers at risk.

    Waterproof boots

    These boots were supposed to be waterproof, but they aren't at all! I took a short walk through some wet grass and my feet were totally soaked. The description promised they'd be waterproof, but that's definitely not true. They seem more like a fashion choice now rather than a proper outdoor walking shoe. I contacted customer support, but they weren't much help. They mentioned they'd check if it was a manufacturing problem, but it's pretty obvious it's just a matter of poor quality and design.

    OMG, I just got my first gold piece from this place and it is absolutely stunning! 😍 Normally, I struggle with jewelry because my skin is super sensitive. But this ring is so authentic and gorgeous, and it didn't turn my finger green or give me a rash. I am totally in love with it! The entire online shopping experience was fantastic as well. The unboxing was really cool and the shipping details were so detailed - it made me feel like this purchase was unique and personalized.     My experience with thredUP really let me down. The stuff I got wasn't as good as they said it would be, and some things were even missing from what I ordered. I couldn't believe how they dropped the ball on quality control and messed up handling the items. Plus, they hit me with extra fees that felt like a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of me. Trying to get help from customer service was a major headache. It was super hard to even talk to someone, and when I finally did, they just gave me some generic excuses and no real solution.

    So here's the scoop. I recently bought something from this online beauty store, and to be honest, they're just alright. If you're like me and have shopped at other beauty stores like Sephora, Beautylish, Beautyhabit, or Bluemercury, you might not be super impressed with b-glowing. I placed my order and it seemed like it took forever to even get it moving. I'm used to getting my beauty stuff pretty quickly, and this just didn't deliver. On top of that, I had to wait a long time to hear back from their customer service team. No thanks. And let's not even talk about their shipping. FedEx SmartPost? Do people still use that? It's like they're stuck in the past with their shipping methods.
