Track saw purchase
I gotta tell you, I tried ordering a track saw from this place and it was a complete disaster! They told me it was in stock, but after waiting 4 days with no shipping info, I had to send them an email to see what was going on. Their response was so unhelpful, just said to call them. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they said my order needed to be "verified." Like, what does that even mean? They already have my money, so why isn't my saw on its way to me? They promised to ship it on Friday, but that was another 4-day wait! The whole thing felt sketchy and like a scam if you ask me. I decided to cancel my order and ended up going to Rockler instead. Definitely not going back to that place again. There are much better spots to buy woodworking tools, where they actually treat you with respect!

I used this company for help with my taxes and I gotta say, their ads kinda tricked me. They say it's only $97, but they don't really make it clear that they're not actually part of the IRS. They're just a separate company helping out with payment plans. I thought they were the real deal, but it turns out the IRS still does it for free.

Chinese New Year Order Delay
I recently placed an order in January, but it turned out to be during the Chinese New Year celebration. Once the holidays were over on January 30th, I contacted customer service through WhatsApp. The woman I spoke to really knew her stuff and gave me a detailed explanation of the situation. She told me that they would still process my order, but it would be delayed past when I needed it. I was grateful for her honesty and professionalism. I asked to cancel the order, and she helped me with that right away and very kindly. I had used PayPal to pay for the order, and the refund went through without any issues.
