CSCS exam preparation
I used Trainer Academy to help me get ready for my CSCS exam, and I thought the material was really good. I did well on the exercise science part of the test, but I didn't quite make it through the practical/applied section, only missed it by a few questions. Even so, I think Trainer Academy covered everything I needed to know for the exam. I stuck to their 16-week study plan and felt ready when test day came around. What really stood out to me was that they gave me a refund when I showed them I didn't pass completely. Plus, I still have access to all the study stuff to keep prepping for my next try. I would definitely suggest Trainer Academy to anyone getting ready for the CSCS exam.

Subscription cancellation experience
I recently tried to cancel my long-term subscription with this company and it was a frustrating experience. I was surprised to see that there wasn't an easy way to cancel on their website, so I had to reach out to their support team. Dealing with them was a hassle. When I finally got in touch to cancel, the person I spoke to tried really hard to get me to stay, even though I made it clear I wanted to cancel. There was a policy that required me to give 10 days notice before the renewal date to avoid being charged for another month, but I missed it and got hit with a $1800 charge. After being a loyal customer for 8 years, I expected better treatment when canceling. Instead, I felt like they were taking advantage of me and making me pay for something I didn't want or need. This whole experience was really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Popcorn maker purchase
This popcorn maker is amazing! It works great and makes super tasty popcorn every single time. The only problem is that I won a prize in their giveaway, but when I tried to claim it on their website, it didn't work. It's disappointing because I was excited to see what I had won. I really wish their customer service was better so I could get this sorted out.

Faulty products and poor customer service
This company's products are such a letdown. I've bought from them twice and both times were a flop. The quality was super low, and one item looked nothing like what I saw online. And dealing with their return policy was a nightmare - now I'm stuck with store credit I had to use on another disappointing purchase. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Limited selection of games
I visit this website a lot and I've always found it easy to use and navigate. It's easy to find what I'm looking for and checking out is fast. But lately, I've noticed they don't have as many games to choose from. I know game availability can change, but it'd be nice to see more options, like new games and older ones too.

Ya know, I've been getting this chocolate for a bit and it is seriously delicious! But, one time, I tried to use a discount and then it took SO long for my package to arrive. And get this, when I called and emailed them, I didn't hear ANYTHING back! I couldn't even cancel my order! So yeah, I'm done ordering from them. Maybe I'll have to get my mom to help me get a refund. It's a bummer they lost me as a customer!

Size is just looks like made for iphones size measurement. Camera bag can only sizes for small hotshot camera.Look wise this is great ,with silver color signature bike chains.
So bag is also silver color .Nice combination of both chain n bag.Cost of this bag is on higher side unlike other bags. Helping attitude of back up team is now a normal terms to sustain customers so they too.
