    As a new customer at this online store, I was pretty pumped to place my first order. The website was super easy to use, and I found exactly what I was after. The product pics were so nice, I couldn't wait to see if the stuff looks just as good in real life. Checking out was a breeze, and I got a confirmation email right away. Now I'm just really looking forward to getting my order and hoping it's as good as it looks online.

    New clothing items

    The clothes at this store are seriously lacking in quality. Sure, they might seem cute in the pictures on the website, but once you get them in person, you can tell they're cheaply put together. The buttonholes are way too big, the buttons are practically hanging on by a thread, the fabric gets all balled up easily, and the elastic in the waistband of the pants is all wonky after just one wash. Honestly, these clothes are on par with stuff you'd find at the dollar store. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this store if you want to get some decent pieces for your closet.

    Favorite place for clothes

    I really love this place! Their clothes are so cool and I always manage to find something I like. Normally I hate shopping, but their website is really user-friendly and I can easily add everything I want to my cart without any hassle. Plus, I even got a discount because one item I wanted was out of stock in my size. Their customer service is amazing too! I made a mistake with my address but they fixed it really quickly, even though it was already on its way with fed-ex. The shipping was incredibly fast as well, I received my stuff in less than a week and everything was perfect when it arrived. Big shoutout to Impericon, thank you so much!

    Two pairs of shoes

    I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store, and I had some problems with my order. At first, I only got one pair of shoes and didn't know where the second pair was. I tried reaching out to customer service online, but didn't hear back. After a few tries, I finally talked to someone on the phone who said the missing pair was on backorder and would be sent later. But that didn't happen, there were more delays. Eventually, they told me my order was canceled without asking me first, which made me frustrated and upset with how this company communicates. It's been tough to get in touch with customer service, and my whole experience with this purchase was not good.

    After trying out ManyChat for a few weeks, I gotta say, I'm not too happy with it. Their billing practices are sketchy, man. I signed up for one price, but then they ended up charging me more without even giving me a heads-up. And when I tried to get some answers from their customer service, they were no help at all - just brushed me off. It's really annoying to deal with a company that doesn't keep it real and play fair when it comes to money stuff.

    I just gotta say, shopping on this site was so easy. The interface was super simple to get around, and I didn't run into any big problems as I checked out all the stuff they had.     Defective jeans, return shipping fee issue

    I bought some jeans from this company, but when they arrived, they had dark dye stripes all over them that made them impossible to wear. I reached out to customer service right away and explained the situation, asking if I could get the return shipping fee waived since the jeans were defective. I even sent photos to prove it. But despite all my efforts, the company still made me pay for shipping the faulty jeans back. So I ended up having to pay for shipping both ways, and it cost me a total of $21.98. I was really let down by this whole ordeal, and now I've got a pretty bad taste in my mouth as a customer.
