Cancelled payment dispute
My experience with this company has been a total nightmare. I found some charges that I didn't authorize from a scammy third-party they work with. I tried to cancel the payments and fix it, but instead of helping me out, they sent me a scary letter from their lawyer demanding money for stuff I never asked for or got. It's crazy to think they'd back up scammers instead of looking out for their own customers. I really don't recommend using this company at all.
