Jacket and shirts order
I just ordered a jacket and some shirts from this company, but I was really let down by what I got. The sizes were all wrong, and the quality of the clothes was not great. On top of that, I had to pay to send everything back, and I haven't heard anything about getting my money back. It was a real bummer dealing with this company, so I'd suggest avoiding them if you can.

Email marketing software
This email marketing software is way too expensive and a pain to use. At first, I thought the support was pretty good, but then it became clear that it's just not user-friendly at all. As a busy business owner, dealing with it was a nightmare. I even tried hiring two different companies to help with campaigns, but no luck. It wasn't until I found someone who really knew what they were doing that I started to see any results. It was way more effort than I expected, and I couldn't keep up on my own. After using the system for 3-5 years, I finally decided to cancel my membership. But then KEAP charged me for one more month and even sent me to collections for not giving a 30-day notice.
