CRM software subscription
I've been using this CRM software provider for years now, but recently had a really bad experience with them. About 20 days ago, I noticed that important client information was disappearing from our database. I only realized the extent of the issue last week when I needed the info for a big client meeting. When I reached out to customer service, I was surprised to find out that they only keep 2 weeks of log data. This lack of historical info has made it tough for us to manage client relationships well and deliver top-notch service. It's frustrating that we pay a premium for their services, yet they don't provide enough data storage and protection.

Screen printed items, blurry images, askew printing
I just bought some stuff from this store and man, I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. The screen printing was totally crooked, the pictures were blurry, and they were already peeling when I got the package. And to top it off, the sweaters I got were not even close to what I thought I was getting - more like long sleeve shirts with prints, not cozy sweaters like they showed online. All in all, I was super unhappy with my purchase and I won't be buying anything from there again.
