Shirt size issue
I just bought a shirt from this online store, but it turned out to be too small for me. I reached out to customer service, and they were really helpful. They sent me a new shirt in the right size right away and told me to keep the old one. The shirts are really good quality, and the shipping was super fast. I'm really impressed with their customer service and will definitely shop with them again in the future.

Gundam unicorn backpack
The Gundam unicorn backpack looks amazing and is super sturdy, plus it has lots of pockets and comfy straps. You can tell they really put in the work to make it look awesome. You can adjust the straps to fit you just right, and the backpack is totally worth the price because it's such good quality. I definitely suggest getting this backpack if you're into Gundam or just want a cool, top-notch backpack.

Customized chocolate order
I gotta say, the whole thing was a bit of a rollercoaster. I placed my order on a specific date cause I needed it for an event coming up real soon. But the validation process took longer than I thought, and I didn't even hear about the shipment until a day later. Then, a week passed and I realized my package hadn't even been sent out yet! When I called customer service, they said it would be there the next day, but of course, it wasn't. After another call, turns out my order was just sitting there! They said they were gonna rush it and send it express, and miraculously, it got to me just in time for the event. The stress and frustration I felt could have been avoided if they just handled things better. But, on the bright side, the chocolates were good quality. Appreciate the customer service rep who really hustled to get it to me on time.

Account Creation Frustration
Creating an account on this platform has been a total nightmare. I tried signing up with my Microsoft Outlook email, but all I got was some vague captcha error. After a bunch of failed attempts, I switched to using my Google email, and thankfully that finally did the trick. And if my account ever gets suspended, I can't even reach out to the support team because I keep getting an annoying message saying I've maxed out my attempts and to come back later. It's just so aggravating to spend three whole days just trying to verify my account.

Custom USB purchase
iPromo is amazing! I worked with this guy Danny and he was really nice and helped me create a custom USB shape that turned out so cool! I sketched it out for him and they made it exactly how I envisioned. And even when I had a last-minute change of heart, Danny was totally cool about it and got it done quickly. The USBs arrived ahead of schedule and are just perfect! I'm recommending this place to everyone for custom USBs, they're seriously the best.
