Long wait for order
I can't believe I ordered my stuff so long ago and I still haven't received it! Seriously, who takes this long to ship things? I'm getting really frustrated and honestly just want my money back now. Ughhh!

Tennis racket purchase
I just bought a tennis racket from an online store and it was a complete letdown. The delivery took a whole week longer than expected, which messed up my plans for an upcoming tournament. The customer service was terrible - they kept giving me canned responses that didn't even address my questions. I got the same unhelpful answer twice, so it's clear they weren't really listening to my concerns. I won't be shopping at that store again, that's for sure.

Customized M&M's for an event
I really liked all the different choices I had for customizing M&M's on their website. The prices were good and it was easy to do. The only problem I had was not being able to use my billing address for delivery because of a mistake that kept happening. Other than that, I was happy with the company's service.
