Online purchase experience
My online shopping experience was kind of a headache because the website kept acting up with technical glitches. It wouldn't accept my email address and kept asking for a different one, which was super annoying because I only had one email. This whole thing was a total hassle and took forever. On top of that, I couldn't even use my usual password, making it even more of a pain. I left feeling like I probably shouldn't have bothered in the first place.

Customized M&M's order
I tried to order some personalized M&M's online, but I had some technical difficulties. I first tried to place my order using Firefox, but I had issues and had to switch to Chrome after a few failed attempts. I'm from the UK, so I found it weird that the default designs were all USA-themed. When I switched browsers, I realized there were fewer design options for packaging. It would be great if the website could figure out where the customer is from or adjust the settings to prevent this confusion in the future.
