Customized M&M's
When I got my customized M&M's, I was really bummed out about how they looked. The packaging was dirty and scratched up, and the M&M's themselves were all messy and hardly printed right. Most of them I couldn't even use for what I wanted, and the ones with the logo were the worst. I talked to customer service and found out that was their usual quality, which was a letdown. They offered a 20% discount, but I didn't think that was enough for how bad they were. However, after I left a review on Trustpilot, they sent me a new order for free. It was way better than the first one, and I'm glad they made it right.
