Customer Service Experience
My experience at this store was just terrible. I had a simple question about returns, and the customer service associate had the nerve to tell me they don't help "internationals." Um, hello? Your website is for everyone, not just Americans. The discrimination and disrespect towards non-Americans is totally not okay. I was shocked at how ignorant and rude they were.

I'm really bummed out about the service I got from this company for my most recent online buy. It's been more than a week since I ordered, and when I tried to check in with customer service, they told me I'd have to wait another two weeks for things to get straightened out. That's just not okay, especially when you see how much they're charging for their stuff. I won't be coming back to shop with them again because they just can't handle orders and customer service well.
