Hemming service
The first time I went to the store, I was a little disappointed. I asked for a specific style, but they only showed me one option. I left feeling like there wasn't much variety for what I wanted. But when I went back a second time, everything changed. A worker not only helped me find different styles, but also told me about their hemming service. This was a game-changer for me since I'm short and struggle to find the perfect fit. The customer service I got during that second visit really improved my shopping experience. Thanks to that, I found and fell in love with the jeans from that store. Now, my Good American jeans are my absolute favorite in my wardrobe. The attention to detail and help from the worker really made me see the store in a whole new way.
Denim skirt purchase
I just picked up a denim skirt from this brand and let me tell ya, I was seriously impressed. The quality of the clothes is top-notch and I was happily surprised to find they had petite sizes available. Being on the shorter side, it's often a struggle to find clothes that fit just right, but this brand definitely caters to us petite folks. The denim skirt I got was super comfy, trendy, and clearly well-made. I definitely see myself shopping from this brand again in the future.
Recent fashion order
I just bought some stuff from this clothing store and overall it was pretty good. The stuff I got was cool, but there are a couple things they could do to make it even better for customers. I think it would be great if they had a loyalty program, especially for people like me who shop there a lot. It would be a win-win for everyone. Also, I like the discounts they have during sales because it helps me buy stuff that I normally couldn't afford.

I was really impressed by the attention to detail from the sales associate at this store. She noticed what I was into and asked about my preferences, which led me to try on some pairs I wouldn't have thought to try. Her personalized service made my shopping trip so much better. It's obvious that sales associates like her play a big role in creating awesome customer experiences and boosting sales.
"Jeans with fit issues"
The customer service folks were really nice when I had to swap out a messed up item. But when I got the new pair, they fit totally different than the jeans I first bought. It seems like they might've changed the design because this new pair was all baggy in the knees and just didn't look good on me. The fit was off, especially for supposed to be the perfect fit jeans.

These jeans were such a nice surprise! I got them on sale, so it wasn't too big of a risk, and I'm really happy I did. They're seriously the most comfortable jeans I've ever had on, they keep their shape, and they look amazing on me. These jeans are amazing! Seriously, they're top quality and the stretch is perfect. I've never felt so good in a pair of jeans before. I finally took the plunge and bought something from this company that I've been watching for years. And let me tell you, I was not let down.
