Wrong size jeans sent
I bought some jeans from this company, but they sent me the wrong size. It was pretty disappointing, but I get that errors happen. The customer service folks were helpful in fixing the mix-up, even though it was annoying to wait for the right size. Still, I'm glad they're owning up to their mistake and sending me the correct size.
"Jeans with fit issues"
The customer service folks were really nice when I had to swap out a messed up item. But when I got the new pair, they fit totally different than the jeans I first bought. It seems like they might've changed the design because this new pair was all baggy in the knees and just didn't look good on me. The fit was off, especially for supposed to be the perfect fit jeans.
Denim skirt purchase
I just picked up a denim skirt from this brand and let me tell ya, I was seriously impressed. The quality of the clothes is top-notch and I was happily surprised to find they had petite sizes available. Being on the shorter side, it's often a struggle to find clothes that fit just right, but this brand definitely caters to us petite folks. The denim skirt I got was super comfy, trendy, and clearly well-made. I definitely see myself shopping from this brand again in the future.
Skinny Jeans with Pocket Seam Issue
These jeans would be great if it wasn't for this annoying seam that sticks out of the pocket when I wear them. It just makes the whole outfit look sloppy and incomplete. I wish they placed the seam lower to avoid this problem. Since I'm on the smaller size, I can only imagine how much worse it would look if I was bigger. But hey, the customer service was quick to address the issue and fix it, so I really appreciate that they back up their product and are open to making things better.
Perfect jeans found

I saw some ads about these new jeans that are supposed to fit all sizes, and I have to admit, I was curious but didn't really believe it. I just bought some stuff from this clothing store and overall it was pretty good. The stuff I got was cool, but there are a couple things they could do to make it even better for customers. I think it would be great if they had a loyalty program, especially for people like me who shop there a lot. It would be a win-win for everyone. Good Legs Straight Jeans
I just bought the Good Legs Straight Jeans and I really liked how they fit and felt at first. But man, was I bummed out when I realized they had this super strong chemical smell. It was so bad it made me feel sick. I had to wash those jeans so many times and let them sit out for days just to get rid of that gross odor. It definitely put a damper on how much I liked the jeans overall.
