Reflective nylon dog collar
I wasn't sure at first, but after giving this company's reflective nylon dog collar a try, I have to say I'm really impressed. It has everything I wanted in a dog collar and it looks great on my furry pal too. The safety features and different stimulation levels have been super helpful in training my dog, and the LED lights are perfect for our night-time strolls. I'm really happy with my purchase and would absolutely suggest this collar to other dog owners.

Quick and easy reservation, paid extra for SUV
I went ahead and booked an SUV online, and I even shelled out some extra money for it, thinking I'd have that specific ride ready and waiting for me when I showed up. But when I got there, I was bummed to find out that there were only two choices, and they were both just regular cars. I felt pretty let down that I paid more for a certain type of vehicle, only to end up with whatever was on hand. It was irritating and left me feeling like that extra charge wasn't worth it in the end.

I was so pumped to order some makeup online from this one spot, but man, it turned out to be a mess. I placed two orders and the second part of each order got axed for nothing! Like, seriously? I tried calling customer service and was stuck on hold forever, and the chat support was useless. They claimed my info didn't match, but come on, that's bogus - my first order went through no problem! I even emailed them and got crickets. It's a shame because I really dig their products, but I'll just shop elsewhere from now on.

Cashmere sweater purchase
My experience with this company was super disappointing. I ordered a cashmere sweater and not only did they mess up my order multiple times, but they also told me they ran out of stock for the item I wanted. I signed up for in-stock alerts and had to get daily email ads, but the item never came back. The lack of communication and organization makes me wonder if this company is even legit.

Flight booking experience
Booking a flight through this company was a total nightmare. They offer no help or support when you really need it, just trying to make as much money off of you as possible. It's impossible to get in touch with a real person for assistance, and filing a complaint seems like a complete joke. And don't even get me started on their so-called virtual assistant - it's just a sad attempt at customer service. It's clear that these big corporations only care about profits and see regular people as nothing more than a cash cow. It's like they're trying to recoup their losses by taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals. Makes you wonder if they're in cahoots with the government, all part of some massive conspiracy.

Gift basket for Mom's birthday
I ordered a gift basket for my mom's birthday and I was really looking forward to her getting it. But, it was supposed to arrive in 2 days, and it never came. I was so worried! I tried emailing them but didn't hear back. Eventually, I found them on Instagram. What a letdown, dude!
