Probiotic supplement purchase
I'm really let down by this company's lack of care for the customer experience. I recently bought some probiotic supplements, but when they were delivered, the package was left out in the hot sun for two days without me even knowing. I contacted the company about the issue, but they didn't seem to care and didn't offer any real help. They didn't seem worried about the condition of the product or how inconvenient this was for me. Their solution to return the item on my own dime or visit a store far away just didn't cut it for me. Overall, it was a terrible experience that shows they really don't value customer satisfaction.
Expired/near expiry purchase
I just bought some vitamins from this store and was bummed to see that some were already expired or about to be when they arrived. It's pretty concerning because I was hoping for products that would last longer.
Vitamins and supplements
I went to the Vitamin Shoppe with my mom, and we picked up some vitamins and supplements. The employee who helped us was awesome and really knew his stuff. Mom mentioned she's feeling better since taking them. Shoutout to that guy!
