Multivitamin purchase
I recently ordered some multivitamins and unfortunately, one of the items was missing when my package arrived. I was pretty frustrated but decided to give customer service a call to see if they could help. I talked to a guy named Anthony and let me tell you, he was amazing! Anthony was so helpful, understanding, and really wanted to fix the problem for me. He quickly found the missing item in their system and made sure it was sent out to me right away. I was really impressed by his customer service skills, which was a nice change from some not-so-great experiences I've had before. Huge thanks to Anthony for all his help and for making what could have been a bad situation a good one.
