Right after my fifth cancelled order I was actually ready to give up, but customer service stepped in and smoothed things out. Card was fine, turns out some glitch on their end. Delivery arrived on time and intact — felt relieved. Had worse with other shops, so happy it worked out.
Late-night impulse buy
I was skeptical at first — powdered goat milk sounded iffy — but after a few morning lattes I relaxed. Bought it late night, arrived quickly and intact, no surprise fees. First scoop tasted a bit chalky but mixed fine; expiration date was long. Not flawless (texture could be smoother), but does the job every day.
Mixed feelings
I almost didn't bother ordering because their site looked empty and the emails saying things were "back" felt off. I gave it a shot last week and the item itself was fine — clean packing, works as expected. Still annoying that many things are out of stock and the zip code nonsense in DC is real. So yeah, partly relieved it wasn't bad, but I won't rely on them.
They locked me out — not cool
not worth the hassle — I can't even check my order because they locked my account. I ordered veggie capsules Saturday and when I tried to log in today the account was deactivated, so I can’t see status. Funniest part: their complaint flow insists you log in to complain, so I'm stuck. Had good luck with other shops before, so this feels especially annoying and a little sketchy.

Skip iHerb — not worth it
I wouldn't buy from iHerb again — but weirdly I'm relieved it didn't get worse. Long story short: I signed up, paid, and then my account was deactivated with no clear reason. The help pages just loop you around, emails and chatbot tickets got no real replies. I even made a new account. Eventually I got a partial refund after pestering them for weeks, so I'm thankful for that, but still — skip it unless you like chasing support.
Halfway Bite
it wasn’t gluten free and I felt awful. Dealing with support was the irritating part — denied twice, told I ordered that item, so I had to dig up screenshots of my order and send them over. Man, this was a weird ride. I ordered to an APO address because I’m stationed overseas and their site even says APO/DPO supported, right? Turns out they only deliver if your total is under $90 and the package is tiny, so I had to split orders, lost free shipping and discounts — annoying, annoying. Customer service didn’t help much, just sent links instead of fixing it, and they charged me more to ship to a valid US address than I expected. On the bright side the supplements showed up and actually make my mornings easier at base, so I’m relieved it worked out in the end.
Box surprise, not the good kind
I opened the package mid-morning and at first it smelled nice, so I was actually pleased. Then I noticed the bottles looked aged and, annoyingly, the conditioner literally wouldn't come out — totally stuck. These were Shea Moisture Mango & Carrot kid shampoo and conditioner, so I expected better. I messaged customer service and they replied with a store-credit offer but said I’d have to cover return shipping, and also suggested I could just keep or donate the items. Kind of a shrug response. I’ve had better support from other shops, so that felt off. Still, the shampoo seems fine and the price wasn’t outrageous. A bit bummed, but not writing them off completely.
Wrong box, bank saved me
my bank actually stepped in and refunded me after I filed a dispute, so I'm relieved it didn't turn into a total loss. Also, when I tried to leave a negative review their system wouldn't publish it (weird). So yeah — avoid the site, their UX is broken and support is nonexistent, but shoutout to my card company for saving the day.
That bottle on the counter was weird
Weird start to my morning — I opened the box and there was just a single bottle, no box, no label like in the photo. I was going to add it to my breakfast routine, but the info on the bottle didn’t match the listing. Oh, and it wasn’t even the same model number. I tried to sort it out; the return form showed a lower value than what I paid, which felt off. They said a reply would come in 48 hours, but it took about four days — not great. They asked for a barcode I simply don’t have, so that stalled everything. On the plus side, the actual product inside the bottle seemed fine for a week of testing, so it wasn’t totally useless. Would I recommend? Maybe, with a warning about account country issues.
