Tripp Trapp chair with baby set
We ended up getting a secondhand Tripp Trapp chair with a baby set that we were pretty happy with until the baby set broke and our kiddo took a tumble. Talk about scary! We reached out to the company to see if we messed up somehow, only to be told that they don't suggest buying their stuff secondhand. They basically said to always buy brand new from them. In this day and age, it's pretty weird for a company to not support making their products last as long as possible. We can't really vouch for this company or their products after this experience.

As someone who's been doing yoga for a while and recently got my teaching certification, I've gotta say that finding good online yoga classes has been a complete game-changer for me. Ekhart Yoga has really taken my practice to the next level with their wide variety of classes - everything from intense flow sequences to calming yin practices and even guided pranayama sessions. I really dig being able to do my practice in my own space and on my own time, all while still getting that same challenge and depth you'd find in a regular studio class. And getting to know the instructors through their videos gives it a personal touch that makes the online experience feel more intimate and connected. Definitely recommend Ekhart Yoga for anyone looking to take their practice to the next level or start their yoga journey.

This speaker is seriously amazing! It not only has great sound, but it also makes all my friends come together for some awesome hangouts. And the support team is super helpful. When I lost the battery while traveling, they sent me a new one in just a few days. Total legends!

Delayed order frustration
I wanna share how disappointed I am with the service of this company I bought from. I ordered back in early January and still haven't gotten my stuff. I tried reaching out several times about the delay, and every time they tell me they're moving warehouses and the shipping date keeps getting pushed. First, they said I'd have it in 2 weeks, then they pushed it to 1/30, and now I'm hearing other customers are being told 2/29. That's just not right. If I don't hear anything in the next few days, I'm gonna have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This whole situation is just a total mess and feels like a scam.

Unauthorized annual subscription debit
This morning, I saw that there was a charge for over $300 on my account from Avid, and I didn't even sign up for their yearly subscription. I've been trying for the past couple of hours to find a phone number to talk to a real person about this billing problem, but I haven't had any luck. It looks like I can only deal with chatbots and sign-up for online cases. I'm pretty annoyed and could really use some help getting this sorted out quickly.

Flight experience with compassionate staff
During our recent flight, my son got sick and I was really impressed by how caring and helpful the folks from the airline were. As soon as I saw he wasn't feeling well, I asked for help, and they were right there to assist, which stopped things from getting worse. Their fast reaction and comforting demeanor really calmed me down in a tough moment. I'm so grateful for their help and will definitely be choosing this airline for our next trips.
