I just bought some clothes from this online store and I gotta say, I was really happy with how it all went down. The clothes were top-notch quality and they got to me super quick. There was a little hiccup with some stitching on one piece, but I fixed it no problem. It was cool to see they had a good variety of sizes too, not like some other stores. All in all, it was a solid shopping experience.

This lack of communication and options for help has left me frustrated and disappointed. I’ll definitely think twice before ordering from them again, since I have no confidence in their customer service.

I had a not-so-great experience with KUT from the Kloth. I bought some jeans and jean shorts from their website on Black Friday. The jeans were okay, nothing special, and the sizing was off - I recommend sizing down. But the real bummer was when I tried to return something that didn't fit. Turns out, I had to return it before Christmas, not a rule I knew about upfront. When I tried to talk to customer service, I got no response after three emails. That lack of communication and flexibility really turned me off, so I won't be shopping at KUT again. I believe in supporting businesses that treat me right, and this situation showed me there are better options out there.

Seems like every time I try to buy something, it's always out of stock with no info on when it's coming back. It's pretty annoying, to be honest. I bought my VibroSculpt a little skeptical as I've seen a lot of things on TV and they end up being a scam, but this is definitely real. It took a couple of days to arrive but I wrote to customer service and they answered rigth away. I comes with the massages list and a white pillow. I have a sensitive skin but the pillow thingy looks soooo soft that I tried in on my skin and it feels goooodddd! but after several minutes, you definitely need a cream or oil. The have creams and stuff in bundles, sometimes it's free!
Most important, I've seen how my skin feels smoother, I feel it working under my skin and I've already loosen inches! I actually LOVE it and use it everyday.Hi How can I get on for less price
