I ordered a bunch of stuff more than two weeks ago and it still hasn't even shipped out. The status of my order has been stuck on 'processing' for days. I called customer service and they said my items would come by a specific date, but that was a total lie. This whole thing has been a nightmare and I definitely won't be shopping with them in the future.
