Online purchase experience
I had a really bad experience with my online order. Even though they gave me a UPS and USPS tracking number, my package hasn't shown up after weeks. Dealing with customer service was a total nightmare - they were rude and then ghosted me for over three weeks. I would recommend staying away from this company to save yourself a headache.
Two sweatshirts
I got a couple of sweatshirts from the store not too long ago, but ran into a big issue with one of them. When I got the package, I saw that one of the sweatshirts was already falling apart at the seams. I didn't notice this right away because I didn't try it on at first. It wasn't until two days later that I finally tried it on and saw the problem. I reached out to customer service about it, but I was really disappointed with how they handled it. They said I couldn't return the sweatshirt because I had worn it, even though I had only tried it on once. I tried to talk to them multiple times to change their minds, but I didn't get any response. I even tried to escalate it, but still nothing. I ended up leaving a comment on their Instagram page, but it got taken down right away. It's been over a week now since I first reached out to them, and I'm really surprised by how bad their customer service has been through all of this. This whole situation has left me feeling let down and questioning the brand's values. It's really sad to see how little they care about customer satisfaction and taking responsibility.
messed up order
The rules here are ridiculous! I tried to cancel my order right away, but they wouldn't let me. I have to wait until it's delivered. And on top of that, some of the stuff isn't even refundable! It also took forever to get my stuff. I'm never coming back, this place is just not cool.
