Two shirts (one perfect fit, one too big)
I just bought two shirts from this store. The first one fits me like a glove, the fabric doesn't wrinkle much so it's super comfy. It's clear that this shirt is well-made and has a nice finish. But the second shirt was just too big and didn't fit right because of a different cut. Luckily, returning it and getting a refund was a breeze, and the customer service was quick to respond.

Extended warranty and extra battery purchase
I just bought an extended warranty and an extra battery, but I was bummed to find out they didn't have the extended warranty and the battery was sold out. I couldn't even buy an extra chain, which was annoying. But, overall, my shopping experience was pretty good. I've shopped here before and I'll probably come back because the prices are fair.

I thought the website was super easy to use and I was able to update my cart without any issues. The prices were really fair, especially for my first time using it. I really hope they keep giving discounts to those of us who keep coming back for more.

Brand new zero turn mower
I just bought a shiny new zero turn mower from a store. But dang, after just two hours of mowing, the main drive belt fell off. So I reached out to customer service and they told me it would be a whole three weeks before they could even take a look at the mower and fix it. Man, I was super bummed out, especially since I dropped a pretty penny on it. And get this - turns out the warranty wouldn't even cover the problem. I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service and the company's rules.

Dream come true
Designing, publishing, and sharing with this service is so easy. But it would be nice if I could just replace a file if I make a mistake instead of having both versions saved. It's really cool to see my dream of being published come true. Overall, it's been a great experience.

Damaged bag report
I'm really bummed because I got a messed up bag with my recent purchase, and the company has been dropping the ball big time on communicating with me. I did everything they said to do on their website to report the damage within 7 days, but I haven't heard a peep back from them after hitting them up multiple times. It's pretty disappointing to see how little they care about keeping their customers happy and it seems like they don't even have a customer service team. They're more interested in pushing their ads and sweeping negative feedback under the rug instead of dealing with real issues from us customers. I'm feeling pretty disappointed by their lack of professionalism and attention to detail, and I'd recommend others to think twice before buying from them.
