Fraudulent website, no refund received
This website is such a scam, I wouldn't recommend booking anything with them. I followed their policy and canceled my booking, but it's been 2 months and I still haven't received my refund. They don't even bother responding to any of my messages, and their customer service might as well not exist. Just a heads up, better steer clear of this website.

ASL course purchase
I was really disappointed by the ASL course I took on this platform. I thought that by purchasing the "full course package" with three levels of ASL, I would get a comprehensive learning experience. Unfortunately, the content of the course fell short. It mostly covered basic vocabulary and didn't give me enough practice with complex signs. Plus, they didn't even touch on ASL grammar, which is super important for becoming fluent. I was really hoping to level up my ASL skills, but this course just didn't cut it. It was frustrating to realize that I hadn't gained any new, meaningful knowledge after finishing the course.
