I'm really upset about my shopping experience on this website. The clothes are not good quality, the material is not what they said it would be, and the sizes are totally inconsistent. Some items are too small, others are too big, even though they're all supposed to be the same size. I tried to contact customer service to get a return address, but I keep getting emails from different people and no one's been able to help me. I feel like I just threw away my money on this site.

Double charged for June reservation
After I contacted Master Card for help, Ken over at HotelWiz didn't do anything to fix the mistake of double charging me. I had to wait for 90 days with no progress at all. Ken said he wanted to assist, but he turned out to be untrustworthy, dishonest, and afraid to handle the situation. I recommend avoiding this company completely, they're absolutely useless.
