Merrell footwear
I recently picked up a new pair of trail shoes and hiking boots from this awesome outdoor gear company. Let me tell you, these shoes are like walking on clouds and tough as nails, perfect for all my backpacking trips. I also lead a backpacking club in town, and every member rocks these shoes on our outings because they're just that good. The Vibram soles give killer grip on the trails, keeping us safe and having a blast. Sure, there's a few haters out there with negative reviews, but for me, these shoes have been nothing but awesome. I've had a pair of barefoot shoes from this company for the last 6 years, and they're still going strong with no major wear and tear. Bottom line, if you love the outdoors like I do, you gotta check out this company and their gear.

Refund issue
I'm really upset about this situation - I spent $200 on that race and now they've gone and moved it without offering refunds! They're suggesting I transfer to a different race, but there aren't any happening in my country. Can you believe that?

shoes and a hoodie
The customer service at this store is really great, but there are some problems with their online ordering system. I shop online a lot and it's annoying that you can only use one offer at a time. It seems unfair that you can't get free shipping on orders over a certain amount and still use a promo code. It feels like they're punishing loyal customers by not allowing them to stack deals. This kind of thing is a deal-breaker for me.

Online order correction
I made an online purchase not too long ago and realized I put my old apartment address by accident. I reached out to customer service right away to fix it. They got back to me quickly and fixed the address mistake in no time. I got an email confirming the address change and letting me know my order was on its way. The customer service from Olofly was top-notch and really saved the day for me. Oh, and the gummies I bought were really good quality and exceeded my expectations.

3 piece luggage set
I splurged on a fancy 3-piece luggage set that looked totally awesome, even though it was crazy expensive. But, legit, after using the carry-on only a few times, both zippers broke on me. And then, drama! The thing split apart while I was using it. How lame is that? I tried calling customer service for help, but they totally ghosted me. Like, seriously? Can't a girl get a discount or something? This purchase has me majorly bummed out.
