Plate Carrier Purchase
I still haven't gotten my package, but I gotta say, the customer support person I talked to was super helpful and patient. Even though my delivery got delayed, the customer service I got was top-notch and really made a good impression on me. I'm grateful for the way they handled my issues and answered my questions. If the rest of the company is anything like the service I got, I wouldn't think twice about coming back for more stuff and telling others about them.

Room booking rates
The prices to book a room were pretty good, but I was kind of let down by the fact that there wasn't much info about the room itself. It would've been nice to know more about what kind of perks, size, and setup the room had before making the reservation. Not knowing much beforehand made me feel unsure about what I was getting myself into.

Billy Idol Concert Tickets
I just bought tickets for my husband's birthday present to see the Billy Idol concert. My sister ended up deleting the confirmation email by mistake, but when I contacted customer service, they were super helpful and were able to resend the tickets to me. The concert itself was awesome, and our seats were just right!

Online order correction
I made an online purchase not too long ago and realized I put my old apartment address by accident. I reached out to customer service right away to fix it. They got back to me quickly and fixed the address mistake in no time. I got an email confirming the address change and letting me know my order was on its way. The customer service from Olofly was top-notch and really saved the day for me. Oh, and the gummies I bought were really good quality and exceeded my expectations.

3 piece luggage set
I splurged on a fancy 3-piece luggage set that looked totally awesome, even though it was crazy expensive. But, legit, after using the carry-on only a few times, both zippers broke on me. And then, drama! The thing split apart while I was using it. How lame is that? I tried calling customer service for help, but they totally ghosted me. Like, seriously? Can't a girl get a discount or something? This purchase has me majorly bummed out.
