I ordered in late June before a trip, thought the slick ads meant they'd deliver on time. First impression of the site and product pics was good, so I spent around $400. Then the order got delayed without any heads-up and I had already left the country. Chasing customer service felt like talking to a wall — polite but no ownership. The item itself was fine when it finally arrived, but that lack of delivery accountability ruined it.
Surprisingly Worth It
this stuff actually works, which I didn’t fully expect. I started using the 35% vitamin C serum and the probiotic face mist about three weeks ago — shipping was quick and they threw in two free items (totaled about $116), which was a nice surprise. First impressions: vitamin C is strong, so I switched to once-a-day at night — PM only for me — and my skin already looks calmer and brighter, not flaky like I feared. Also, the mist smells weirdly fresh, in a good way, so bonus. It's pricey but effective.
Delivery mix-up, finally handled
I was halfway through explaining the tracking confusion when I finally felt like this would actually get handled. I ordered in early May, first impression was fine — site was clear, checkout quick. A week later I got an "delivered" notice but no package. Courier confirmed it wasn't dropped off and told me to contact the company. After a couple of back-and-forth emails and a short wait, support confirmed they opened an inquiry and issued a refund once the courier verified details. Not thrilled by the missing delivery, but satisfied by the way they followed through in the end. Mildly annoyed, but relieved. Would use them again, with caution maybe.
Took a chance, glad I did
I was on the fence — some of the reviews made me roll my eyes and almost cancel my order. Ended up ordering anyway because I wanted something simple for my morning routine, and honestly it settled a lot of doubts. I use the stuff every morning before work and sometimes after the gym, it's become one of those small rituals that actually helps my skin not freak out. I’ve tried a ton of skincare and this one quietly works, no flashy promises. Customer service can be a bit slow at times, but they do respond in a few days; when a pump broke they sent a replacement within hours, which calmed me down fast. I buy from both their UK and US sites without issues. Price feels fair for a small brand — relieved I gave them a shot.
Nice texture, great service — bit of a bummer it reacted
contacting the company was painless, they replied quickly, asked for photos and sorted a refund and return instructions without a fuss. That felt reassuring, especially since I use stuff every morning and wanted it handled fast. My one gripe is they didn’t cover the return postage, so between meds and postage I’m out about £30. Still, overall solid customer service and a product that otherwise felt nice.
Small win despite a messy checkout
it melts into the skin, rinses clean, and leaves my face feeling soft, not tight. I use it after a run or before bed, and it actually makes the rest of my routine work better. Still annoyed about the lost order and the refund mix-up that cost me a sale price, but the product itself won me over. So yeah, mixed feelings — frustrated by the process, happy with the daily results.
Sink-side verdict
constant discounts, items "gifted" with purchases, prices that read like sticker shock until a coupon shows up. That made me distrustful, sort of expecting underwhelming results. Then, after about two weeks, my redness had calmed, pores looked smaller, and the skin on my cheek wasn't flaky anymore. That's the exact moment I stopped worrying about the pricing gimmicks and admitted the creams did something. They're not magic, and yeah I still think MSRP is inflated, but the booster and peptide moisturizer worked. Ordering was straightforward, customer service okay, delivery fast. If you can get past the sales tactics, the products actually deliver.
Solid products, terrible support — be prepared
the stuff works and I’m actually glad about that, but the customer service is nearly non-existent so don’t expect help if something goes wrong. I ordered several items late November and most of them arrived in good shape; the formulas are what I hoped for and a couple of things quickly became staples. That said, one item never showed up and getting any response was a nightmare. No reliable phone contact, very slow or non-existent email replies, and when I did finally get an automated message it basically shrugged off responsibility for lost shipments. I’ve dealt with other brands where support at least tried to trace packages or offered a refund fast — not the case here. I’m grateful I got the parts that did arrive because they’re good, but honestly I’d be hesitant to order anything expensive or time-sensitive from them again. If you’re fine gambling on everything arriving, go ahead; if you want peace of mind or actual customer care, look elsewhere. I spent extra time and money chasing a missing item and that soured the experience. Still, thumbs up for product quality — just manage your expectations on service and delivery.
Mixed feelings but delivery was great
ask for expiry info if that matters to you — I told my sister to check that too. Small fix and I’d be even happier.
Not worth the hassle
I liked the products but the ordering/support side was a mess. I’ve used this brand’s stuff for years—mostly as my quick morning routine (wash, a light serum, moisturize before coffee) — and aside from one cleanser that irritated my skin, the rest worked fine. That’s why I tried buying two more items recently; thought it’d be an easy re-up. One showed up a month late. The other never arrived. I checked tracking, opened it, refreshed, clicked the same dead link they sent me after I complained (helpful, right?), and then… silence. I reached out four separate times, explained I never got the missing product and asked for a refund. First response was that unusable tracking link, and then no more replies at all. It’s not dramatic, but it’s frustrating: I’m left out €50 for something I never had. I get delays happen, I’m patient usually, but disappearing customer service isn’t acceptable. For context, these items are part of my daily 5–10 minute routine, so it’s inconvenient and annoying having to replace something or wait around. I still use the other serum and moisturizer and they’re fine (just to be clear), so this isn’t a product-quality rant entirely—it’s about the buying experience and the dead-end support. My mood about the brand is mixed now; I liked them, but this whole episode made me lose trust. If you’re buying, be prepared to follow up a lot or risk waiting (or losing) your money.
Customer service assistance
I ran into a little problem with my order, but the customer service team was super quick to respond and really helpful in getting everything sorted out! Thanks a bunch in advance.
EU Skincare Order
I had a really bad experience trying to buy stuff from this company. I thought I'd go through their EU website because they had a good deal where you get a free product. But my order got canceled twice - first because I was using a VPN, then they just canceled it without explaining why. The worst part is they still kept some of my money, even though I didn't do anything shady. It's not right that I lost cash and got nothing in exchange. I'm super bummed about how they deal with orders and security.
Skincare purchase
The delivery showed up super fast and smooth. I've been loving the Vitamin C 20% serum, it really brightens up my skin. The retinol night cream was just okay, nothing too special. But, I'm a big fan of the prebiotic & niacinamide serum - it feels so fancy on my skin and doesn't irritate at all. And that peptides & antioxidant cream? It's a total winner for me. So hydrating and perfect under makeup.
Effective skincare products
I am so amazed by the results I've seen from using these skincare products. Right from the start, I could tell a big difference in how my skin looks and feels. It's not often you come across products that really work like they say they will, but these ones definitely do.
Night cream and recovery balm
These products are just not worth the price. I bought the night cream with peptides and retinol, as well as the recovery balm, and honestly, both of them were a total waste of money. The pumps on both items wouldn't even dispense any product, no matter how many times I tried. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and online form, but I haven't heard a thing back. It's pretty frustrating to drop so much cash on stuff that doesn't even do the job, and then be totally ignored when you're trying to get some help. I'm definitely not giving them my business again.
Preventative skincare products
I really love using Allies of Skin products because they've been a game-changer for my skin. With all the menopause craziness happening, my skin has been acting up, but these products have really saved the day. I first heard about them in a skincare group and decided to give them a shot. The cleanser, oils, and lip balm are my absolute faves. The team is always super helpful and never fails to answer my questions. I even snagged an invite to have a consultation with the founder, which I'm really looking forward to. Plus, their points system is amazing - I've scored some freebies and discount codes. Yeah, the products can be a bit on the pricey side, but when you think about the cost of fixing your skin down the line, it's totally worth it. Prevention is key, right?
