Safety shoe purchase
I bought some safety shoes not long ago, thinking they'd keep my feet safe while I'm working. But after only a week, the soles split and came off from the rest of the shoe, making them useless for safety. I contacted customer service and talked to someone named Luis who didn't seem to care much about the shoddy shoes I got. He was more focused on whether or not I had the receipt. It was really disappointing to see that this brand doesn't seem to care much about keeping their customers safe and happy.

First-time purchase exceeded expectations
I just bought something from this online store for the first time and I was really impressed with everything. The shipping was super quick, the customer service was really nice, and the product was top-notch. Even though I had to return it because it didn't fit, I still want to give a shoutout to the awesome customer service, especially Monika. I definitely recommend this store, no doubt about it.

Three cases of wines
I recently bought three cases of wine from this company, and I have to admit, they were just okay. Nothing really wowed me or seemed extraordinary. The prices were reasonable, but the shipping fees were way too high. I probably could have found better deals at a local store. It's also frustrating that you don't get free shipping if you order less than 12 bottles, especially if you just want to try a few different types of wine. And as for the 60,000 miles bonus from United Airlines, it still hasn't shown up in my Mileage Plus account after 6-8 weeks. Overall, it was not a great experience.

I really needed these diaper covers for my little one. They're so cute with the ruffles, and on top of that, they work really well and give good coverage. I like that there are lots of different patterns and colors to choose from, so I can mix and match with outfits. They're really well made and hold up great, even after washing them multiple times. I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest them to other parents.

Customer service experience
I was really happy with the customer service at this company. Their texting customer service was so easy to use and everyone I talked to was super helpful, nice, and patient. Even though I'm not great with technology, they fixed my problem quickly and gave me a refund the next day. I also liked that they let me exchange items for credit, it made shopping there even better. I can't thank them enough for their awesome service.

Boots in the correct size
I had the best experience with my recent purchase from Oxygen Clothing. I had a terrible time with ordering the wrong size boots from another site right before my trip, so I urgently needed to find the same boots in the right size and at the best price. That's when I found Oxygen Clothing. I placed my order on a Thursday night, feeling uncertain if it would arrive before my trip on Sunday. After checking reviews, I was a bit nervous about what I read. Still, I contacted the shop the next morning to ask if I could get my boots on Friday. A super nice representative reassured me that I would receive my order on Saturday, but I wasn't completely convinced. To my surprise, I got an email from DPD on Saturday with the delivery time, and my boots arrived right on time. I was so happy with the service and how quickly my boots arrived.

Product registration question
I had a question about registering my product for warranty and Mia was awesome! She checked out my account and explained that just by making an account with my serial number, the warranty was automatically activated. So, if I ever need to make a claim, all I gotta do is log in.
