Canceling Order
I tried to cancel my hotel reservation online, and man, it was a real pain. I ended up having to call up the hotel in Knoxville to cancel it over the phone. But get this - I still got charged for the room on my credit card! The person I talked to on the phone acted like they had no clue about my cancellation. Seriously, can you believe that? Now I gotta fight tooth and nail to get my money back. Ugh, sounds like they're really hurting for cash over there.

The video editing app has a steep learning curve and isn't the most user-friendly, but once you get the hang of it, it's a pretty solid tool. The basic tutorials and guidebook that came with it didn't really do it for me, I found it easier to just Google my questions. But I do like the features the app has and I've had fun using them once I figured out how to get around the app. All in all, I'd say it's worth checking out if you're willing to put in the time to learn how to use it well.

Variety of sales items
I've shopped at YesStyle twice now, and I have to say, their sales are really impressive! They have such a wide range of items at discounted prices that I've scored some great deals on clothes and beauty products. The shipping may take a while, but I know that's pretty standard for online orders from overseas. One thing they could do better is to provide more detailed product descriptions or images in the gallery to help us customers make better decisions. But overall, I've had a really positive experience shopping at YesStyle.

3 medals
I ordered 3 medals in January, they took my money but didn't mail the medals until June. I emailed them often but no response from a person, just an automated email response. I finally got a response from them on facebook and after giving them my order number they claimed the medals would be mailed the following day, they were not, 2 weeks later I emailed again and still no response. I finally got my medals but they were not packaged well so the two that were mailed in the same envelope have scratches on them where they rubbed each other during the mailing. They should not be taking the customers money if they can't mail the product within the week of placing the order.
I am done with this company and won't be ordering from them every again.
