Overpriced and unreliable case
The case costs too much for what you get. It's supposed to protect your phone, but it keeps falling apart. I've had to fix it with crazy glue more than once. I'm really not happy with how this product turned out and I won't be buying it again.

Late customization request
I didn't make it in time to customize my recent box because of some unexpected stuff that came up, so I was pretty bummed at first. She really went the extra mile to help me out with customization options, even though I missed the deadline. Even though a few things were sold out, Nette offered some great alternatives that ended up making me really happy with my choices. The awesome customer service I got totally changed my disappointment into gratitude for their flexibility and understanding.

Don't bother checking out other options - these acne products are a total game changer for adolescent boys. As a parent, I can tell you from experience that Tiege's system has really helped my son get a handle on his skincare routine. The instructions and advice they give are excellent and have been crucial in teaching my son how to take care of his skin the right way.
