Genetic testing kit
This genetic testing kit turned out to be a total waste of both time and money for my family. We all decided to take the tests right when Covid started, followed all the steps carefully, and sent them in as instructed. But even after waiting for three whole months, we didn't get any results back. I tried reaching out to customer service to get some answers, but they were absolutely no help at all. Now, more than a year later, we're still in the dark with no clue about what's going on. It's really frustrating and disappointing to see a company take people's money and fail to deliver on their promises. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company to avoid the same headache.

Zipline adventure experience
My time at the zipline adventure course was so exciting! When I got there, the staff was really nice and made sure everything was safe. The tour guides were great at explaining things and helped me feel comfortable the whole time. The ziplines and aerial trails had amazing views of the nature around us, which made the whole experience unforgettable. I also liked that the company cares about the environment and teaches people about it. I definitely suggest Navitat Canopy Adventures for anyone looking for an exciting and unforgettable time in nature.

Personal finance software purchase
The personal finance software I bought is pretty much the only game in town, and I've been loyal to it for more than twenty years. But lately, there's been a big problem. It keeps getting mixed up between AIG and Americo when it pulls in info from my investment accounts. No matter how many times I reach out to customer service, they just can't seem to fix it. So now, I'm stuck fixing the mistakes myself, ignoring the warnings, and manually moving dividends from Americo to AIG. It's a real pain in the neck, let me tell you.

Their sizing is not true to size and won't pay for exchange and will not provide refund if not satisfied, as they will provide you with a credit that EXPIRES in one year. $325 credit expires? That is one heck of scam. Never have I made a purchase with so much regret, feel dupped.

I have the worst experience with the refund for my order that I purchased on that website. I returned my order, and it was delivered to CETTIRE Dispatch Department 3 weeks ago. I keep going email back and force with customer service to request for refund, and my problem still not resolved yet. I spent over $3,000 for my order and I don't know how get my money back. The customer service is not helpful at all.
I never will purchase anything else on that website.I am having a similar problem - did you receive your money back?

Do not recommend! Cettire accepted transferred to them money and confirmed my purchase and then suddenly they rejected transferred to them money saying that they are unable to validate the order and no money was charged. But it was charged and after I attached proof of payment they said money will be returned. I asked for the proper explanation like why does it happened maybe it's due to the fact I paid from my debit card instead of credit, I or maybe something went wrong because it's multi currency transection? I've got one response on my each email - "the only info we can advise - transection was flagged due to high-risk" . I know it's bullshit because according to my bank - they accepted transection and then rejected.
Still waiting my almost 2 k bucks back

I ordered June of 2020 for an outfit for my sons birthday and my birthday. Here we are almost into February of 2021 and still nothing. The keep telling me to check with the post office but the tracking number is too long for them to track. I just want my money back since I dont have the merchandise.
